Nutrition Response Testing is a non-invasive method of analyzing your body to find the root cause of your health problems. We use an advanced form of muscle testing to see how well each organ, gland, joint, muscle, and the entire body functions.

​The analysis is done through your autonomic nervous system. The practitioner places one of their hands on your extended arm as they contact your reflex area (the organ, joint, gland, etc.) with their other hand. If the tested reflex lacks energy and needs support, your autonomic nervous system will reduce the energy going to your arm and make your arm weaken and drop. This lets your practitioner know that the organ or area of your body needs some support and attention.

Muscle Testing

Nutrition Response Testing & Quantum Nutrition Testing is a safe, natural, and non-invasive system of analyzing the body to determine the underlying causes of ill health. When these causes are found and corrected through natural, nutritional means, the body can repair itself and maintain optimum health.

• - Nutrition Response Testing, NRT, was developed by Freddie Ulan, DC, in the 1990s. It is exact and scientific and used by thousands of healthcare practitioners across the US.
• ​- Quantum Nutrition Testing, QNT, is a method of being able to specifically and virtually muscle test created by Dr. Lisa Palmer, who has over 30 years of Applied Kinesiology (muscle testing) and teaching techniques. In 2020 her father became ill, and she could not physically see him, so she found an energetic way to use specific applied kinesiology systems with quantum physics.

What is the Testing Process?

In Nutrition Response Testing, we do not diagnose or treat disease. There are two parts to our process:

1. The analysis (the assessment of your body’s current health status)

2. The personalized health improvement program (using designed clinical nutrition).

The Analysis: The analysis is done through testing the body’s nervous system.

NRT/QNT analyzes different areas on the body's surface that relate to the state of health and the flow of energy in every organ and function of the body. This information is derived from the part of the nervous system whose job is to regulate the functions of the organs.

Interestingly, since the human anatomy has not changed significantly in thousands of years, the utilization of these organs/areas has become extremely useful in NRT/QNT because they are so accurate!

How is the Analysis Done?

Instead of connecting electrodes to the areas being tested, as in an EKG, the practitioner contacts these areas with their own hand. On the other hand, they will test the muscle of your extended arm. If the organ/area being contacted is “active,” the nervous system will respond by reducing energy to the extended arm, and the arm will unlock and drop. This drop signifies underlying stress or dysfunction, which can be affecting your health.
